Lizard Tools Terms and Privacy

A plain-language notice for small browser-based developer tools.

last updated: June 17, 2026

./use

The Lizard Tools are provided as-is for convenience. They are small developer utilities for formatting, comparing, generating, finding, or converting data in a browser.

You are responsible for reviewing all output before using it. Do not rely on these tools as the only validation step for production data, legal obligations, compliance work, security decisions, financial decisions, medical decisions, or other high-risk uses.

Use of these tools is at your own risk. I do not promise that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.

./privacy

The Lizard Tools are designed to process the text, files, and values you provide locally in your browser. The apps do not intentionally send your pasted tool input or opened file contents to a custom application server.

The site may use normal hosting, browser, and analytics infrastructure. That infrastructure can receive ordinary web request information such as page URL, IP address, browser details, referrer, timing data, and similar technical telemetry.

Do not paste secrets, passwords, access tokens, private keys, production credentials, or regulated personal data unless you understand the risks of your own browser, device, extensions, network, and any third-party services active on the page.

./data

The tools do not create user accounts and do not provide a hosted storage system for your tool input. If a tool copies, downloads, or saves data, that action happens through normal browser features on your device.

Some tools can generate sample or mock data. Generated data is not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, valid for your system, or safe for production use without review.

./liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I am not responsible for losses or damages arising from use of the Lizard Tools, including incorrect output, lost data, business interruption, security issues, or decisions made from tool results.

These terms may be updated as the tools change. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use the tools.
